Awaken Cafe
Awaken Cafe is in downtown Oakland at 414 14th Street (between Broadway & Franklin) next to the 12th Street BART stop. With its ongoing exhibits of work from local artists, the cafe serves as a gallery as well, and is a fabulous place to sit alone or with friends while enjoying Awaken’s top notch coffee and organic menu. In 2010, Awaken will expand into a 3500 foot space next door and also include a large gallery, beer and wine selections and live music.
