Wicked Grounds is San Francisco’s first and only kink cafe and boutique. They show that kink, great coffee and green business practices can and should intersect naturally! As WG’s website says, this cafe is “open to EVERYONE who is open minded enough not to be offended by the erotic and kink nature of our business. We welcome anyone and everyone, as long as they are 18+.” Wicked Grounds serves excellent coffee from Ritual Roasters, as well as locally sourced food and treats. Borderlands Cafe recently opened it’s doors and is adjacent to and shares owners with the popular Borderlands Books. The new cafe is a bright addition to the neighborhood, with big windows, beautiful wooden floors and comfortable seating. The cafe boasts yummy simple foods, great coffee and no wi-fi, which creates a congenial atmosphere. Considering their love of the written word, they aptly display dozens of different magazines which are for sale as well. This is a cafe to take a friend to, where you can share conversation, play a board game or browse through a magazine and stay awhile.
