GCN offers a number of sustainability consulting services customized to meet the unique needs and priorities of your cafe.
Our preferred method is to produce a Comprehensive Sustainability Plan covering all focus areas and essentially creating a “road map” for greening new and existing design guidelines and operations. This entails a full holistic approach, beginning with analyzing current practices and recent accomplishments and building off of those to set measurable targets for improvement in each of these main green business areas:

- Toxics reduction and pollution prevention
- Water conservation
- Purchasing practices (supplies and consumables)
- Waste reduction
- Employee education and engagement
Alternatively, you can opt to address one or more specific areas of focus through our “A la Carte” Sustainability Consulting. After defining key priorities related to its sustainability goals, your cafe can choose one or more of the areas below for GCN’s targeted assistance:
